
Built for Swap
We built Swap's MVP in 12 weeks — from zero to a live product with paying clients. They went on to become a global commerce platform and raise $100 million in Series C funding.
Swap was a pre-product startup in the UK focused on returns management for Shopify retailers. They had no clients, no product, and needed an MVP fast — one good enough to onboard 5-10 clients before seeking seed funding. Traditional development estimates came back at 18 months. They needed a team that could move at startup speed.
Revido designed and built Swap's entire product from scratch in Bubble. A team of four — our founder Rodrig, a dedicated Product Manager, and two developers — owned the full stack: product roadmap, UX design, API integrations with shipping carriers, Stripe, and 3PL providers.
Daily standups over Google Hangout kept alignment tight. Communication lived in Notion and Slack. When deadlines with onboarding clients approached, the PM worked weekends to ensure nothing slipped.
Beyond the agreed scope, the team ran live product demos with potential clients during development — giving Swap a head start on their sales pipeline before the product even launched.
The MVP launched on time in 12 weeks. Swap onboarded their first clients immediately and built a waitlist of 10+ companies — growing by the day. The quality of work, speed of delivery, and responsiveness led Swap to continue working with Revido well beyond the initial engagement.
From that 12-week MVP, Swap grew into a global commerce operating system. They expanded beyond returns into cross-border logistics, tax compliance, demand planning, and payments. In January 2026, Swap secured $100 million in Series C funding — co-led by DST Global and ICONIQ — bringing their total raised to $149 million. They now serve brands across the US, UK, and internationally.
